Intellectual Property, Customer Content & Liability Policy

Customer Ownership of Submitted Content

By uploading, submitting, or providing any artwork, images, photographs, logos, designs, text, trademarks, or other content (“Customer Content”) to All Branding, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use and reproduce the content.
  • The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The customer retains ownership of all Customer Content submitted to All Branding.

Authorization to Print

By placing an order, you grant All Branding a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, resize, print, and display Customer Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing requested services.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for all uploaded content and any legal consequences resulting from its use.

All Branding does not verify ownership of uploaded images, logos, trademarks, or other content. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use all submitted materials.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

All Branding reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

If a third party claims that submitted content infringes their rights, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for the claim and any resulting damages, costs, expenses, or legal fees.

Limitation of Liability

All Branding shall not be held responsible or liable for:

  • Copyright infringement claims arising from customer-submitted content.
  • Trademark infringement claims arising from customer-submitted content.
  • Unauthorized use of photographs, logos, artwork, or designs submitted by customers.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained within customer-provided files.
  • Legal disputes between customers and third parties regarding ownership or usage rights.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Branding, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal expenses arising from the customer’s submitted content.

Content Removal

All Branding reserves the right to refuse service, remove content, cancel orders, or suspend accounts at its sole discretion if submitted content is believed to be unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, uploading content, or placing an order with All Branding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Intellectual Property, Customer Content & Liability Policy.
